We understand that parents play a crucial role in their child's education journey. That's why we've designed our "getting started" section with you in mind. Here, you'll find all the resources and information you need to navigate our virtual school platform seamlessly.

At CAVA, we proudly serve a diverse community of learners:
  • Part-time students who join us for enrichment or credit recovery while attending a traditional school
  • Full-time virtual students for whom CAVA is their primary school of record
  • Homeschool families who use our curriculum and support while leading their child’s education at home
To the right, you’ll find simple instructions to help you get started, along with downloadable “How-To” guides and helpful videos.

The registration and enrollment steps vary slightly for each group, but once you create an account and log into our school portal, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance tailored to your situation.

When you're ready to enroll, course selections are added to your shopping cart, and tuition is processed securely through FACTS.
 
From setting up your parent account to accessing course materials, our step-by-step guides will ensure a smooth transition into our virtual learning environment. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to online education, we're here to support you every step of the way.

We encourage you to explore our curriculum and courses before beginning the enrollment process.

  • New & Returning Archdiocese of Miami Part-time Students

    - Meet with your school's guidance counselor or advisor.
    - Decide which CAVA course(s) you would like to take.
    - Someone at your school will then enroll you in your new CAVA course(s).
    - Once your enrollment has been processed, we will notify you with the next steps

  • Non-ADOM Part-time Students

    Please reach out to enrollment@cava.academy for enrollment information.

  • New Full-time Students

    - If you were NOT previously enrolled in an Archdiocese of Miami Catholic school, please complete our CAVA application.
    - Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email with your next steps.
    - If you were enrolled in an ADOM school last semester, please contact them. They will need to transfer your records to CAVA.

  • Returning Full-time Students

    - If you were enrolled in CAVA as a full-time student last semester, please email enrollment@cava.academy to request your new registration link and code.
